August, 1996- Brother Frank personally buys four acres of property for use as headquarters of the ministry.
September, 1996- Brother Frank goes on first missionary trip to Ukraine with IBJM.
Led first Ukranians to Lord while preaching at military base.
September, 1997- Brother Frank returns to Ukraine with IBJM on 2nd missionary
trip. God gives Brother Frank desire to preach in Ukraine more
often, by himself if necessary.
Spring, 1998- Brother Frank quits secular job to be full-time missionary. Begins
deputation.
April, 1998- Brother Frank makes 3rd missionary trip to Ukraine. This is first
on his own, not connected to IBJM. Establishes relationship
with Born Again Church in Poltava as mother church to work
through. God gives Brother Frank desire to begin supporting
national workers on monthly basis. First worker selected.
Fall, 1998- Not enough faith on deputation. Brother Frank goes back to
secular work and developes ministry on a part-time basis.
May, 1999- Brother Frank makes 4th missionary trip to Ukraine.
November, 1999- Brother Frank makes 5th missionary trip to Ukraine.
July, 2000- Brother Frank makes 6th missionary trip to Ukraine with son,
Franklin III.
May, 2001- Brother Frank makes 7th missionary trip to Ukraine with son,
Franklin III.
November, 2001- Brother Frank makes 8th missionary trip to Ukraine.
June, 2002- Brother Frank makes 9th missionary trip to Ukraine with wife,
Leonora, and daughter, Maryanne. God gives Brother Frank
desire to support widows, orphans, children's hospitals in Ukraine.
First widow and orphans selected for Widows and Orphans
Program.
August 19, 2002- Brother Frank and wife incorporate ministry to become Baca
Valley Ministries, Inc. Plans put into place for growth of ministry.
Ten- year goal is to minister in five countries.
September 21, 2002 First meeting of Board of Directors. By-laws adopted and Officers
appointed
November, 2002- Brother Frank makes 10th missionary trip to Ukraine.
June, 2003- Brother Frank makes 11th missionary trip to Ukraine with
daughter, Melissa. God gives Brother Frank desire to preach in
Russia.
November, 2003- Brother Frank makes 12th missionary trip to Ukraine.
December, 2003- Brother Frank makes 1st missionary trip to Russia (Penza). Led
first Russians to Lord while preaching at village high school.
Spring. 2004- IRS approves our status as 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. All
donations to our ministry are now tax-deductible.
April, 2004- Brother Frank combines 13th missionary trip to Ukraine with 2nd
to Russia (Penza). Ministry in Penza restricted.
November. 2004- Brother Frank quits secular job to again step out on faith for
deputation. Multi-country ministry requires full-time effort.
April, 2005- Brother Frank makes 14th missionary trip to Ukraine.
Spring, 2005- God gives Brother Frank desire to preach in Philippines.
October, 2005- Brother Frank and his wife transfer ownership of ministry property
over to the corporation.
October, 2005- Brother Frank makes 1st missionary trip to Philippines. Led first
Filipinos to Lord at garbage dump outside Manila. Helps host 1st
annual Missions Conference at Calvary Baptist Church in
Pangasinan. It will be mother church for work in Philippines.
November, 2005- Brother Frank makes 15th missionary trip to Ukraine.
April, 2006- Brother Frank makes 16th missionary trip to Ukraine with son,
Isaiah.
November, 2006- Brother Frank begins regularly combining visits to Russia and
Ukraine. Combines 17th missionary trip to Ukraine with 3rd trip to
Russia. Selects new location, Kursk, for focus of ministry in
Russia. Great News Church, rilsk, will be mother church.
March, 2007- Brother Frank makes 2nd missionary trip to Philippines. Hosts 2nd
Annual Missions Conference at Calvary Baptist. God gives
Brother Frank desire to begin supporting national workers in
Philippines. First worker selected.
April, 2007- Brother Frank combines 18th missionary trip to Ukraine with 4th
trip to Russia.
October, 2007- Brother Frank combines 19th missionary trip to Ukraine with 5th
trip to Russia. God gives Brother Frank desire to extend ministry
into countries of former Soviet Union, especially those that are
Muslim.
Fall, 2007- God gives Brother Frank desire to preach in India.
Spring, 2008- Brother Frank decides to group missionary trips into "Spring Crusade" and "Fall Crusade". Spring Crusade for 2008 includes
3rd trip to Philippines, 20th trip to Ukraine, and 6th trip to Russia.
Fall, 2008- Fall Crusade includes 21st trip to Ukraine and 7th trip to Russia.
October 27, 2008- God protects Brother Frank and Andrew Khudjakov from death in
automobile accident on way to airport in Kiev.
Spring, 2009- Spring Crusade includes 4th trip to Philippines, 22nd trip to
Ukraine, and 8th trip to Russia.
Fall, 2009- Fall Crusade includes 23rd trip to Ukraine and 9th trip to Russia.
